Over a dozen industrial parks are found in the region, ranging from a few acres to a park with over 1,000 acres. Land is both accessible and affordable. Utilities in the region are traditionally lower in cost than other parts of the country, and a full range of telecommunications infrastructure is available, including fiber optic. Several development agencies are available to help with expansion or relocation needs throughout the Ozark Heritage Region. These organizations range from local community and multicounty organizations, industrial development authorities and the Missouri Department of Economic Development.
